Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. At Cosmetics and Stuff, we offer refunds or exchanges if you receive:
✔ Damaged products
✔ Defective items
✔ Incorrect products from your order
Refund or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
Once we receive and inspect the product, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
